KS4 Mock Week

In preparation for the examinations this summer and to allow us to identify any areas that require additional support and/or intervention, we will be holding mock examinations beginning Tuesday 19 November until Thursday 21 November. 

On Tuesday and Thursday students should arrive at 8:45am for the morning sessions to allow for breakfast before the exam begins at 9.00am, and 12:45pm for the afternoon sessions to allow time for lunch before the exams begin at 1.15pm. On Wednesday students will not be required in school until 12.45pm.

Students will be required to stay in school after their exam for lessons to continue as normal for the rest of the day on Tuesday and Thursday where they will have AM and PM examinations.

We will be following JCQ regulations during the mock examinations and therefore any electronic devices, including phones, Air pods, headphones, watches, smart watches and smart glasses will need to be handed to a member of staff on arrival as they are each morning.  

Please note students' performance in their Mock Exams would be used as part of evidence to determine a grade for them if GCSE Exams cannot go ahead as planned.
