Deputy Headteacher- Charlotte Baggley

Charlotte has been in the education system for 16 years, initially starting as an English teacher in a mainstream setting. She then became a Head of Year to 270 students where she was responsible for their pastoral care and individual needs. She completed this role for 9 years, ensuring high standards of behaviour and expectations, where students could access an education with the care and support they needed to move forward with their next steps.

Charlotte then turned her attention to working as a Behaviour Lead for 2000 students, ensuring the school had a clear plan and support mechanisms to support students with their behavioural needs.

Charlotte has worked as a Safeguarding Lead for 10 years and continues with this work to date as Designated Safeguarding Lead at Cranbury College.
